About Luling Texas
Located in both Caldwell and Guadalupe counties is the city of Luling. The town derives from a New York banker by the name of Charles Luling. He financed the local railway, along with being responsible for the purchase of the land that eventually turning into Luling. The area itself was founded in 1874 as a railroad town.
